Michael Murungi, an ICT legal expert working in Kenya. He holds a Master of Laws ICT Law and Intellectual Property Law and is Kenya's designated contributor to Wolter Kluwer's International Encyclopaedia of Cyberlaw. He is a Fellow of the Computer Society of Kenya and a Member of the Law Society of Kenya's ICT Committee. Mr. Murungi has undertaken ICT advisory assignments for the Law Society of Kenya and the Kenya ICT Federation, an organization that represents Kenya's ICT industry in both government and private sector fora. He has also been guest speaker and attendant in both local and international conferences on ICT.
